Môle & Brasses Tourisme has owned two labels since 2021: the Toutourisme label and the Accueil Vélo mark. These labels guarantee a personalized, quality service and real expertise from the Tourist Office team!

Accueil Vélo is a national label that guarantees a warm welcoming, specific services and facilities tailored to the needs of bike tourists along France's cycling and mountain bike itineraries.

Haute-Savoie is one of the most popular areas for cycling enthusiasts, with a multitude of marked itineraries covering 3,000 km of routes to suit all tastes and levels of ability!
With sustainable development at the heart of our territory, it's only natural that we became Accueil Vélo in 2021, and we are proud to welcome and inform you about the roads and trails that wind through our beautiful region.

In our office you will find:

Bike parking
Drinking water and sanitary facilities
Documentation on cycling routes and other nearby bike-friendly facilities (accommodation, rental outlets, repair shops, tourist sites, etc.)
Luggage storage service according to our opening hours
Electrical outlets for recharging your equipment (batteries for bikes, GPS, tablets, smartphones, etc.)

Môle & Brasses tourisme can help you join the Accueil Vélo network. The label is available for 6 categories of partners in order to provide cyclists and mountain bikers with a complete and coherent offer combining the pleasure of riding and discovery:

What services do I need to offer in order to qualify for the label?

Be less than 5km from a cycling or mountain-biking route: thanks to the Haute-Savoie cycling map, it's easy to find a route within a 5km radius.
Know the routes and useful services for cycling and mountain biking.
Offering opening hours adapted to tourists on bikes or mountain bikes.
Have a repair kit in case of need.
Have a bike parking area.
Develop specific services according to your category.

The Accueil Vélo label gives partners a presence on France Vélo Tourisme media (search engine and interactive map), on itinerary communications and in cycling topoguides.

The Toutourisme label, launched in 2007 by Troyes Tourist Office, aims to improve the welcome provided to tourists traveling with their dogs. This innovative initiative responds to the growing need of pet owners to find destinations and establishments that not only accept dogs, but also offer them adapted services.

Toutourisme-labeled tourist offices are committed to providing a range of special facilities and services, such as drinking water points, welcome kits containing treats and clean-up bags, and detailed information on dog-friendly places in the destination. Thanks to the Toutourisme network, destinations are becoming more accessible and welcoming for our four-legged friends and their owners.
