In Saint-Jeoire, Haute-Savoie, Octoplus-Coaching invites you to discover a different way to get moving: fitness, dance, challenges and fun, with coaching tailored to your level. Whether you want to get back into shape, try a new activity or enjoy time with friends, our qualified coaches support you in a welcoming atmosphere where mutual encouragement matters just as much as progress.
Our world brings together three complementary venues: L’Atelier, our new space dedicated to fitness and movement; La Grange, a warm and characterful indoor studio; and the Parc de Poulpo, for outdoor activities in nature. In winter, our indoor venues offer a variety of activities sheltered from the weather.
For adults, small-group sessions and personal training focus on strength, cardio, mobility or relaxation, depending on the class. Cross-training, boxing, CorePlus combining Pilates, yoga and balance, dance… everyone can find their own way to move. Some classes are also available live online, so you can stay connected wherever you are.
For children and teenagers, learning happens through play: trampoline, parkour, acrobatics and coordination challenges. The Kids Academy, holiday camps and Sunday sessions offer different ways to discover activities, learn and progress. Active birthday parties are also available for a celebration full of movement and fun!
Businesses, associations and schools can enjoy tailored experiences, including team building, group bonding activities and team challenges, with professional supervision and plenty of opportunities to connect.
