Description
Mountain farming based on permaculture for professionals in the gourmet cuisine industry.
We grow vegetables, herbs, edible flowers, berries and some fruits. From the outset, we decided to work exclusively with heritage varieties. We have therefore conducted numerous trials to find the varieties best suited to our climate, allowing us to grow crops 12 months a year at an altitude of 900 metres, and to work with restaurant chefs to find the varieties with the best taste, texture, cooking properties, etc.
The varieties we offer are therefore not the same as those usually found on the market. We also grow many little-known (or forgotten) varieties, which we invite you to (re)discover. If you wish, we can also offer advice on how to cook them.
