A three-hour workshop just for you 😉 and your yoga practice: asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), meditation 🧘🏼, mantra chanting.

4.15pm - 5.45pm Asanas 🤸♀️(postures)
5:50 p.m. - 6:10 p.m. Pranayamas (breathing exercises)
6:10 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Meditation
6:30 p.m. Sharing over herbal tea 🥤
