Tantra day for couples

The Tantra Couples Day will be more about ‘taking care of the couple,’ as opposed to, if I may say so, ‘solving problems.’

Take the time to enjoy a wonderful break for a day to reconnect with yourself first. Then, once this essential connection has been (re)established, meet others. Explore spaces and practices for connecting and bonding. For some, it's a chance to reconnect, while for others, it's an opportunity to deepen a beautiful connection. Cultivating your ability to experience intimacy requires taking care of it, and this day will allow you to do just that. We tend to accumulate things that distance us, with unspoken words, small mistakes in everyday life, overfilled diaries and social lives... One day we become aware of this accumulation because we feel alone. Far from the other person who was once so close to us, with whom we felt so intimately linked and connected. And often the tragedy is that we don't know how to reverse the process. We continue to accumulate.. Then we tell ourselves that taboos aren't such a big deal after all. Other people have them too. Then we tell ourselves that intimacy isn't so important anymore, because other couples have problems in that area too. And of course, we don't make love anymore. Other couples experience that too, so maybe it's normal as time goes by. Little by little, we start to give up on the relationship and throw in the towel on what makes a couple tick. So take a day for yourself, and if you come as a couple, take time for this important relationship. Come and discover and learn tantric practices that help with intimacy, that help you reconnect with it. They will allow you to deepen your ability to be intimate with yourself and with your partner. With your gaze and with all your senses. Sometimes with other tools such as certain forms of meditation, breathing exercises or even through the body and movement. And much more. We make a clear distinction between intimacy and sexuality. This is not a day about sexuality. Even though the two are closely linked and it could be beneficial to have tools and the ability to be more comfortable with intimacy and to be capable of intimacy. 😉 The day is ‘long’ (and will fly by!) from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. to give us time for a real process, to practise and possibly have a beautiful ritual somewhere during the day. 😉 Price: 150 €
