AWAKEN YOUR TASTE WORKSHOP

Come and get stuck in! With the help of a professional, learn how to make and bake puff pastry, bake a delicious brioche and soft white bread, and learn all the tools you need to bake the same creations at home.

Is baking your passion, or are you a novice who would like to get started? Do you love pies, but think they would be even better with homemade pastry? Would you like to serve savoury canapés to your friends as an aperitif and apple turnovers for your children's afternoon snack? Do you love croque-monsieur sandwiches and want to make your own with homemade bread for that special flavour? Do you adore brioche but wish you could make it yourself? Imagine the pride you'll feel sharing your creations with your family! We will teach you professional techniques in a friendly atmosphere so that you can make your own creations on the spot and leave with all the tools you need to reproduce identical, visually appealing and tasty products. We are offering this new 3-hour workshop in pairs on Saturday 21 February 2026 from 9am to 12pm in the Vittoz room in Ville-en-Sallaz, led by Alain Godet. This is a small group workshop (only 6 people) in pairs, open to everyone aged 12 and over. A fun, friendly and fragrant gourmet experience for pairs.
