It is a physical practice that allows you to escape from your mind and is good for both body and spirit. Inspired by Osho's active meditation practices, here we don't meditate sitting down, we move... or not!
Osho's active meditations are an integral part of the Tantra path.
They invite you to let go physically and mentally. They allow you to adapt to bodies that don't enjoy sitting meditation and to restless minds!
