Paysalp invites you to discover the cheeses of Savoie. Uncover the secrets behind the production of Reblochon, Tomme de Savoie, and Abondance. Become an expert on cattle breeds and the stages of cheese-making. Get a taste of this region through a tasting session and step into the shoes of an apprentice cheesemaker during a cheese-making workshop! Duration of the Cheese-Making Workshop: 1 hour. Remember to book in advance.
