Gîte located on the 1st floor of a building comprising 4 other rental apartments on 2 levels. Common access by internal staircase. Large gite of 65 m² composed of a master bedroom (bed 140x190cm, private open bathroom), a second bedroom (bed 140x190cm) and a dormitory bedroom (2 bunk beds 90x190cm and 1 bed 90x190cm). Equipped kitchen open to living room with large square table for 8 people, wall-mounted TV, convertible sofa bed 140x190cm. Bathroom with shower, heated towel rail. 2 separate toilets. Private east-facing balcony with table and chairs. Common equipment with 4 other gites on the ground floor of the building: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. Cot, high chair, changing table (baby equipment available on reservation). Barbecue and forest tables in the courtyard and common ground behind the building. Closed ski/bicycle room.
