Independent gîte on 3 levels next to the owners' old Savoyard farm.
On the garden level: storage space with washing machine, sleeping area with 2 90x200cm bunk beds.
On the 1st floor: fitted kitchen open to living room (bench, TV), bathroom (shower), separate toilet.
On the 2nd: bedroom with 2 80x200cm beds (can be combined into a 160cm bed) + 2 90x190cm beds.
Everything is included: sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. Wifi internet.
Private covered terrace on the ground floor with garden furniture, awning. Common garden.
Accommodation not recommended for young children and people with reduced mobility.
Electric vehicle charging possible from a domestic socket (cost and terms of use to be agreed with the owners).
Geneva 24km, skiing at the family resort of Brasses 9km (15 minutes). Bakery 200m away, all shops 3km away.
Beaches of Lake Geneva and the medieval town of Yvoire 37km away. Annecy 40 minutes, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 1 hour.
