Ici Food Truck is a mobile truck offering homemade food with 100% French products, from local and responsible cultures.
This mobile restaurant in Haute-Savoie is based on the know-how and values of local market gardeners and craftsmen. Eloise's challenge is to cook only 100% local and French food. Her cooking is therefore creative, revisited, in order to offer alternatives to the spices, herbs, coffees and other products used in our daily cooking. His creations, dishes of the day, croques and desserts, adapt to the seasons. Every day we find and discover unsuspected flavours, yet from products close to home.
